    There are sever hosting services adverstised as “resilient” or “off-shore”. Typically they are used for warez. I guess the providers would also be fine if you use it to host a forum to express extreme politically incorrect opinions.

    People that partake in gossip with minimal or no evidence are not trustworthy. People that are simply reserved and doubt the intentions of other people are ok. The later tend to be more serious people than average. Virtually all people manipulate to some extent, cynic or not.
